AssetBundle Materials are black color in builds when AssetBundle was built in Unity 2019.4
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the “ReproProject“ project
2. Build the project (Edit > Build Settings > Build)
3. From the "Assets" folder move the "Builds" folder to the "Built_Project_Root_Folder/Example Project_Data" folder
4. Launch the Built project
Expected result: All of the spheres have different textures that are not black color
Actual result: The spheres are black color
Reproducible with: 2021.3.30f1, 2021.3.34f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.1.0a1, 2022.3.17f1, 2023.2.6f1, 2023.3.0b3
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro (22H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
