Asset is not shown in the Package Manager after clicking Open in Unity once
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open the Asset Store in a browser (Make sure you are logged in)
3. Click Add to My Assets and then Open in Unity
4. Observe the Package Manager window
Expected result: The selected Asset is shown in the window
Actual result: "There are no packages." text is shown in the window
Reproducible with: 2019.3.10f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.1.0b6, 2020.2.0a8
Note: The Asset will be shown in the Package Manager after going back to the browser and clicking Open in Unity again
