Asset duplication of existing asset when using SketchUp models
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project
2) Delete Assets/Sketchup/Hull Components/Textures/ folder
3) Reimport all (easiest to reproduce, but can happen on any import)
Expected: The folder is not recreated, as the necessary textures and materials already exist in project
Actual: The folder is remade
Reproduced in 2017.1.1f1, 2017.3.0b4
