[Textures] ASTC compressor not deterministic between CPUs (causes asset bundles to diff between e.g. Mac & Linux builds)
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user attached project (Asset_Bundle_Diff_Build.zip) on Linux
2. Open the "AssetBundles" window if it isn't open
3. Open the "Build" tab and ensure that the build target is set to "Android"
4. Press the "Build" button and wait for the build to complete
5. In the system's file manager navigate to and open "[Project Path]/AssetBundles/Android/dlc/frames/igloo.ab.manifest" file in any text editor
6. Note the CRC number listed on the second line of the opened file
7. Repeat steps 1 to 6, but on either Mac or Windows
Expected result: the generated CRCs are identical
Actual result: the generated CRCs are different
Reproducible with: 2018.4.30f1, 2019.4.18f1, 2020.2.2f1, 2021.1.0b3, 2021.2.0a2
Note: Tested to be reproducible on Ubuntu 18.04 and Windows 10
