Assertion failed errors when moving RectTransform
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project, Scene repro3
2. Select the "OptionsMenu" Child in "Canvas"
3. In Scene view move the object around
4. Observe console throw Assertion errors
Expected outcome: RectTransform gets moved around without issue.
Actual outcome: Assertion error thrown when RectTransform is being moved
Reproduced on 2017.1.0b1, 2017.1.0a6, 2017.1.0a4
Does not reproduce on 5.5.3p1, 5.6.0p1, 2017.1.0a2
Regression introduced in 2017.1.0a3
Error message: "Assertion failed: Assertion failed on expression: 'outputVertexCount == sharedData.vertexCount' "
