[AssemblyUpdater] Assembly Updater error when importing a specific dll
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "1127451_UpgradeDLL.zip"
2. Go to Assets and select the "Vuforia.Unity.Engine.dll"
3. Right-click the "Vuforia.Unity.Engine.dll" and select "Reimport"
Expected result: The dll is reimported with no errors
Actual result: The dll is reimported with an Assembly Updater error
Reproducible with: 2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.22f1, 2021.2.1f1, 2022.1.0a14
Notes:
