Artifacts are created when using post-processing bloom effect
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download 968846_repro.zip and open "MainScene" scene
2. Notice square shaped artifacts in game window
Expected results: No visible artifacts in game window
Actual results: On a grass game object there are square shaped artifacts. They are caused by post-processing bloom effect, Point light, and specific shader.
Reproduced with: 5.6.0a1, 5.6.4p1, 2017.1.2p3, 2017.2.0p2, 2017.3.0b9, 2018.1.0a4
Note: in 5.5 shader breaks. Reproducible both on macOS and Windows 10
