Artifacts appear when baking on HDRP + URP on-demand and using Shadergraph / Standard shaders

# Notice how the lightmaps have serious artifacts
# Assign _shader 1 to _TestMaterial
# Notice how lightmaps look correct
# Assign _shader2 to _TestMaterial
# Notice how lightmaps look incorrect again
(Do not re-bake as that will destroy the repro)
Reproduced on Windows 10 with GPU and CPULM
Regressed due to LightBaker (no bisection needed)
