Array of Enum nested inside Generic Class does not serialize correctly when the Project is built
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the Project inside of "GenericEnumBug.zip"
2. Open the "SampleScene" and play it
3. Notice on the UI that the Enum Array inside of a Generic Class has been serialized correctly
4. Build and Play the Project or launch the executable from "Build\GenericEnumBug.exe"
Expected: The built project displays information about the serialized Enum Array just like in the Editor on Play Mode
Actual: The built project displays that the Enum Array length is zero
Reproduces on: 2017.4.20f2, 2018.3.9f1, 2019.1.0b6, 2019.2.0a8
