"ArgumentOutOfRange" Exception is thrown when removing handler in callback in EventTrigger
Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open the attached "EventTrigger Exception Project.zip" project
2. Enter "Play" mode
3. Press the "Trigger" button
4. Observe the Console window
Expected result: No exceptions appear in the Console window
Actual result: "ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Index was out of range" exception appears in the Console window
Reproducible with: 2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.31f1, 2021.2.16f1, 2022.1.0b12, 2022.2.0a8
