"ArgumentException: File 'include/ml_platform.h" is triggered by Magic Leap Manifest Settings in project settings
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new AR template project
2. Open Project Settings
3. Under *Magic Leap* select the Manifest Settings
Actual results: "ArgumentException: File 'include/ml_platform.h' not found

Expected results: There are no errors in the Console Window
Reproducible with versions: 2021.3.50f1
Not reproducible with versions: 2022.3.60f1, 6000.0.43f1, 6000.1.0b11, 6000.2.0a7 (no AR Template)
Tested on (OS): Windows 11
