[ARFoundation] TryAcquireLatestCpuImage returns false periodically
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and Run on Android
3. Move the device around
Actual: The upper raw image which receives the camera texture freezes at times while scanning the world
Reproducible with: 2019.4.4f1, 2020.1.0b16, 2020.2.0a18 - ARFoundation 4.1.0 - preview.5

Resolution Note:
This was a bug in ARCore 1.18 that has been fixed in 1.19. Please make sure that you have installed the latest Google Play Services For Android from the Play Store.
