[AR][XRSDK] AR app crashes when Oculus XR Plugin is present in the project
Repro steps:
1. Open QA attached project "repro_1226236"
2. Build and Run on Android
App launches normally
3. Add Oculus XR Plugin to the project
4. Build and Run again
Actual: App crashes after the splash screen
Reproducible with: 2019.3.6f1, 2020.1.0b2, 2020.2.0a3

Resolution Note (fix version 1.6.0):
This will be resolved in Oculus XR Plugin 1.6.0. Note that the application will still exit, but cleanly instead of crashing. Disable the Oculus loader at build tiime if you need an .apk that can run on non-Oculus devices. Dual-use .apks aren't supported.
