Im attaching 2 videos:

Manual video - showcases how I load scenes manually and probes load as expected.

UI video - showcases the issue, when I use the dedicated button, the expected scenes load but the probes do not.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Update the project manifest file to point to your local unity checkout
2. Enable APV debug so that probes would be visible
3. Open scene called SceneBA and additively load Scene BB
4. Use the Load Baking Set button in the APV tab to load baking set SceneAA

Actual results: 

Associated scenes load but probes dont.

Expected results: 

Associated scenes load as well as probes.

At 0.14 in the UI video I expect to see probes
