Application.isFocused returns true if the standalone player loses focus on launch
How to reproduce:
1. Download user's attached project "InputPlayground.zip"
2. Inside the project folder, go to the Build folder and launch the "InputPlayground" Application
3. After launching it, quickly left-click any other OS window
Expected result: Application.isFocused returns false
Actual result: Application.isFocused returns true
Reproducible with: 2018.4.25f1, 2019.4.4f1, 2020.1.0b16, 2020.2.0a18
