[HDRP] Total lack of anti-aliasing around geometry when recording against a blank background
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "AAAlpha.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" scene
3. Open the Recorder window (Window > General > Recorder)
4. Setup the recorder
4.1. Set Recording Mode to Single Frame
4.2. Set Target Frame to 30
4.3. Add an image sequence recorder
4.4. Set Source to Targeted Camera
4.5. Set Media File Format to PNG
4.6. Enable Include Alpha
5. Start recording
6. Open the recorded image and observe the objects' edges
Expected result: Objects don't have black outlines
Actual result: Objects have black outlines
Reproduced with: 3.0.3 (2020.3.36f1), 4.0.0-pre.3 (2021.3.6f1), 4.0.0-pre.5 (2022.1.8f1, 2022.2.0a18, 2023.1.0a2)
