Animator.targetRotation crashes Unity when called from an Editor script
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Open the attached project and "MainScene" scene
2. Open Animator window
3. Select "Animator Crash Demo" object
4. In Animator create a new layer
5. Select "Animator Crash Demo" once again.
