[Animation] Unselected keys are not effected when performing a Ripple move/scale
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project's Scene labeled "SampleScene"
2. Select "Cube" GameObject in the Hierarchy
3. Open the Animation Window
4. Select multiple Animation Nodes by dragging
5. Move/scale the Nodes while holding the R key
Expected result: Ripple moving/scaling is performed
Actual result: Regular moving/scaling is performed
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0a7, 2019.2.17f1, 2019.3.0f4, 2020.1.0a18
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.36f1, 2018.4.15f1, 2019.2.0a6
