Animation state properties not visible when the state has an outgoing transition
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. In the Animator window select "Idle_FR" or "Walk_FR" animation state
3. Observe the Inspector window
Expected result: Animations state properties are visible
Actual result: Animation state properties are not visible
Reproducible with: 2020.3.31f1, 2020.3.32f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.37f1, 2020.3.30f1, 2021.1.0a1, 2021.1.7f1, 2021.2.18f1, 2022.1.0b13, 2022.2.0a8

Last two LTS version have this issue (2020.3.31f1 and 2020.3.32f1)!
Great that it has been rectified in the technical stream - but a fix the LTS version should have had priority - really need this fixed in the LTS version ASAP please.

2020.3.30f1 is the last LTS version without this bug (the last usable one, in other words). It's the one I am using, it works fine.

Confirming this bug is still present in .32f1
Guess I'll have to use a non-LTS version to follow the official Unity course..

See this issue in Unity 2020.3.31f1
Repro Steps:
1. Create a new project in 2020.3.31f1
2. Create an Animator Controller
3. Create Sub-State Machine
4. Make Transition from Entry to New StateMachine
5. Open New StateMachine
6. Create New Animation in Project and drag into New StateMachine
7. Make Transition from New Animation to (Up) Base Layer

I can read:
RESOLUTION NOTE (FIX VERSION 2021.1):
Fixed in 2021.1.0a1But that is not an LTS version.
It is required to be solved on the latest LTS version.
