Animation offsets by a keyframe when Animation Track is Converted To Infinite Clip
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached Test.zip project
2. Inspect the Recorded video clip in the Timeline window
3. Right-click Animation track in the Timeline window and choose Convert To Infinite Clip
Expected: Cube is animated from keyframe to keyframe
Actual: Animation offsets by a keyframe
Reproduced on: 2017.4.14f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.14f1, 2018.3.0b8, 2019.1.0a7
