[Animation] GameObject goes flying when Root Motion is enabled and the Animation is using Motion Time parameter
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "TestAnimation.zip"
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the "AnimationCube" GameObject
Expected result: GameObject's position snaps depending on the motion time of the animation
Actual result: GameObject goes flying backwards
Reproducible with: 2018.4.36f1, 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.12f1, 2021.1.11f1, 2021.2.0a21

The resolution note doesn't sound like a fix. It sounds like it's just being disabled completely. My expected behaviour would be the same as the OPs. The current root position should match what the position would be if the animation had been played to that point in time normally.
