2) How can we reproduce it using the example you attached.
1 open Scene1
2 Press play and look the cube should move to the right side
3 Build for Flash
4 Start in browser the cube do not move to the right side
just run it in the edtor, it works fine (it also works in iOS,Mac,Android)
but not in Flash. If you start the Demo, the cube should move to the right side
