I have the same issue. In Unity 5.3.5p5 animations of player model look as expected, but after upgrading to the 5.4.0f3 I get unexpected scale for some animation clips.
For example there is normal view: http://take.ms/y0Xof
And now in Unity 5.4.0f3 I see: http://take.ms/arEes
Can someone assist with this issue?
