Animating XY scale causes Z scale to reset to zero
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project's scene "Main".
2. Select "Image" in hierarchy.
3. Open animation window - animation changes only X and Y.
4. Enter play mode - image's Z scale became zero although it was set to 1 and animation should not change it.
Workaround: animate Z too.
Reproduced with 5.4.0b12, 5.3.4p1, 5.1.0f3
