Animated skin mesh gets culled when not observed in scene view
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Enter play mode. Only blue cube animates
3. Enter play mode with scene and game view side by side. Cubes visible in the scene view animate (gif attached)
Expected behaviour: All objects animate
Actual behaviour: Only objects observed in scene view animate
Reproduced on: 2017.1.0a6, 2017.1.0b2, 2017.1.b5, 2017.2.0a1
Workaround: Set the Animator’s culling mode to Always Animate
