Android, WebGL, iOS platforms displays HDR textures differently from Windows platform
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Switch platform from Windows Standalone to Android or iOS or WebGL
3. Observe the brightness/saturation/contrast changes of .exr textures
Expected result: switching platform to Android/iOS/WebGL should not cause significant .exr texture brightness/saturation/contrast changes
Reproduced in: 2019.3.0a1, 2018.4.0f1, 2017.4.26f1 testing on Android, WebGL, iOS
No repro testing with DirectX11, OpenGLES3, Vulkan on Windows Standalone
