[Android][Vulkan] Terrain is not rendered with specific Camera settings on Samsung Galaxy S7 with Mali-T880
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build&Run to Android device
Expected result - Terrain is rendered
Actual result - Terrain is not rendered Galaxy S7 with Mali-T880
Reproducible with - 2019.1.0a10, 2018.3.0b11, 2018.2.0b1
