[Android Vulkan] (Regression) Standard shader on forward rendering is rendering artifacts
Step:
1. Open repro project. there is only a sphere using default material (standard shader)
2. Build Android apk with vulka api and play it on phone OR use the apk attached with this report
Expected result: the sphere should be grey-orange color
Actual result: the sphere is flashing random color and then stops at green color

Reproducible in: 2017.1.0f1, 5.6.2p1
Not reproducible in: 5.6.2f1, 5.6.0p4
Device: Samsung Galaxy S7 (G930F)
Note: If the camera is set to deferred, the sphere will renders correctly
