[Android] Volume level of the same audio file is different on Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 between 2023.3.0b3 and 2023.3.0b4
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached user's project "SampleAudioUnity6.zip" on 2023.3.0b3
2. Switch to Android
3. Build the application to the affected devices
4. Open the same project on 2023.3.0b4 and rename the application name
5. Build the application to the affected devices
6. Press any of the buttons, observe the volume level of the audio file
7. Swap to the other version of the application and compare the volume level
Expected result: volume level of the audio file remains the same
Actual result: volume level on samsung Galaxy Tab A8 is lower
Reproducible with: 2022.3.66f1, 2023.3.0b4, 6000.0.58f1, 6000.2.6f1, 6000.3.0b3
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.56f1, 2023.3.0b3
