[Android][VK] Crash on "vk::DebugToolsUtils::SetVkDebugObjectName(VkDevice_T*, VkObjectType, unsigned long, char const*) const+" when Vulkan Graphics API is in use on a specific device
Issue not fully tested by CQA
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN_76833” project
2. Build the project for the Android platform in the Development mode
3. Run the built project APK on the device
Expected result: Player doesn’t crash
Actual result: Player immediately crashes and closes
Reproducible with: 2022.2.3f1, 2022.3.29f1, 6000.0.b3
Not reproducible with: 2022.2.2f1

Notes:
- This issue is not fully tested by CQA. CQA tested on some devices but on none of them issue was reproducible except Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 which CQA hasn’t tested on.
- From a similar bug report it seems this issue could be avoided by forcing affected devices to use OpenGLESS graphics API
- Not reproducible on the Windows Standalone platform
