[Android] Video Player randomly stops playing when device is running Android 9

How to reproduce:
1. Download the attached project '1410116.zip'
2. Build and Run on Android
3. When game launches press 'Play'
4. Observe the video in background for ~5 seconds (If you see expected result, press 'Pause' and 'Main Menu', repeat step 3 and 4 until actual result is seen)

Expected result: Video does not stop playing
Actual result: Video stops playing after few seconds with NuMediaExtractor warning: read on track 0 failed with error -2147483646

  1. Resolution Note:

    This problem is inherent to a bug with Android 9.0, which got fixed in Android 10. In other instances of this problem, it was found that re-encoding the video using a higher or lower bitrate would work around the issue.
