[Android] [URP] GameObjects are not rendered on a built project when using OpenGLES and Post Processing is disabled for Camera

Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open the attached project ""
2. Build and run on Android

Expected result: A cube is visible in the built project
Actual result: Only a blue screen is rendered in the built project

Reproducible with: 2019.4.23f1 (7.5.3), 2020.3.3f1 (10.4.0)
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.33f1 (Post processing not available for Camera), 2021.1.0a1 (URP 8.1.0), 2021.1.1f1 (URP 11.0.0), 2021.2.0a11 (URP 12.0.0)

Reproduced on:
VLNQA00013, Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus (SM-G928F), Android 7.0, CPU: Exynos 7 Octa 7420, GPU: Mali-T760
VLNQA00122, Samsung Galaxy S9 (SM-G960F), Android 10, CPU: NOT FOUND, GPU: Mali-G72
VLNQA00331, Huawei P20 lite (ANE-LX1), Android 9, CPU: HiSilicon Kirin 659, GPU: Mali-T830
VLNQA00285, Samsung Galaxy J4 Core (SM-J410F), Android 8.1.0, CPU: Snapdragon 425 MSM8917, GPU: Adreno (TM) 308

Does not reproduce on:
iPhone 12 Pro (iOS 14.2.1)

The issue is only reproducible on OpenGLES2 and OpenGLES3 graphics APIs and does not reproduce on Vulkan.
The issue is only reproducible when an SRP asset is set for the Android platform in Quality settings
The issue is only reproducible when using a 2D Renderer, could not make the issue reproduce with a Forward Renderer
GLSL link error is thrown when the issue reproduces as well
