[Android] UnityWebRequest "Unknown Error"
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "ReproBugProject.zip" project
2. Build & Run for Android with Developer options enabled
3. On the device, press on the green pin
Expected Result: A video loads and starts playing
Actual Result: Unknown Error

Could someone from Unity please tell us when this is going to be fixed in the 2018.4 LTS Branch?
We are currently on 2018.4.6. This bug did not occur on any of our Android test devices. After we released the update to the app store, we are however getting lots of customer complaints.
We could trace the problem back to this bug. So this bug is really hurting us.
Today we tried the 2018.4.9 version, but this didn't solve the problem.
