[Android] UnityPlayer gets paused when another Activity is launched even with Run Without Focus enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “android_unityplayer_pause_test.zip“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene“
3. Build and Run for Android
4. Press the “Button“ button
Expected result: UnityPlayer does not pause
Actual result: UnityPlayer pauses
Reproducible with: 2021.3.56f1, 2022.3.67f1, 6000.0.59f1, 6000.2.6f1, 6000.3.0b4, 6000.4.0a1
Reproducible environment: macOS 15.6.1 (M4 Max), Windows 11 (Reporters)
Not reproducible environment: No other environment tested
