[Android] Touch input is offset downwards when the Resolution Scaling Mode is set to "Letterboxed"

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-100403“ project
2. Change Resolution Scaling Mode (Player Settings > Resolution and Presentation) to “Letterboxed”
3. Build and Run the Android Player
4. Try clicking on the buttons

Expected result: The buttons activate when pressing on them exactly
Actual result: The buttons activate when pressing slightly below them

Reproducible with: 6000.1.0a1, 6000.1.3f1, 6000.2.0b2
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.62f1, 6000.0.23f1 (1c4764c07fb4), 6000.0.49f1

Reproducible environments: macOS 15.4.1
Not reproducible environments: Windows, macOS Standalone Players, iOS Player (by reporter)
