Android Touch Input becomes offset when rotating device
To reproduce:
1. Open user attached project "2018.2.12f1.zip"
2. Build for Android
3. When built, try inputting touch while phone is in portrait mode
4.Try inputting touch while phone is rotated to horizontal position
Expected: input system remains unchanged - calculations are correct
Actual: input system calculations no longer calculates correctly - touches are offset in a specific manner, demonstrated in picture attached
Reproduced in: 2017.4.14f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.14f1, 2018.3.0b8, 2019.1.0a6
Not reproduced: 2019.1.0a7
Note: easier to compare when rotating back to portrait mode after rotating as it never resets back to normal
