[Android][TMP] InputField selection appears above keyboard and is interactable when "Hide Mobile Input" enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Make sure InputField (TMP) has "Hide Mobile Input" enabled
3. Build & Run on mobile devices
4. Tap on Input field and write some text
5. Double tap on input field to select all text
6. Tap and hold on left side above keyboard
Expected result: Nothing happens
Actual result: InputField text selection is intractable and "Cut Copy Undo Share Dictionary" toolbar is shown
Issue is similar to Case 1313620, only here the selection highlight was fixed, but interaction still left
