[Android] Sound stuttering issue on Huawei Mate 20 Pro
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build & Run on Huawei Mate 20 Pro
Expected result: sound stuttering issues should not occur on Huawei Mate 20 Pro
Reproduced in: 2019.1.0a12, 2017.4.17f1
