[Android] Screen is flickering on mobile device with Android 9 when setting Cameras Clear flag to Don't Clear or Depth only
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and run "Welcome" scene on Android device
3. Notice how the screen is flickering
Actual result: The screen starts to flicker when the project opens on an Android device
Expected result: There should be no flickering when the scene opens on the Android device
Note: When setting Clear Flag to Solid Color and Skybox everything works as expected
Reproduced with: 2017.4.26f1; 2018.3.14f1; 2018.4.0f1;2019.1.1f1;2019.2.0a14; 2019.3.0a1
