[Android] Re-exporting a Unity project deletes Android Studio created files
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a New Project
2. Export the Project
3. Open and Build the project in Android Studio
4. Notice that files are created by Android Studio
5. Re-export the Project in Unity
6. Notice that files created by Android Studio are deleted
Expected Result: Android Studio created files are not deleted after re-export
Actual Result: Android Studio created files are deleted after re-export
Reproduced with: 2019.1.9f1
Did not reproduce on: 2019.3.0a8, 2019.2.0b8, 2018.4.3f1, 2017.4.29f1
Note: Issue only affects 2019.1 because of a fix
