[Android] Progressive memory consumption on Android when application is left to idle

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project or open the attached user's
2. Select Android build target
3. Add the default scene in the build settings window
4. Check "Development Build"
5. Check "Autoconnect Profiler"
4. Build the application
5. Run the application and let it idle
6. Using the "Memory Profiler" tool take screenshots every 5 minutes
7. View the memory consumption

Expected results: memory consumption is not that high after letting the application idle
Actual results: memory consumption increased by 80 megabytes in 15 minutes after letting the application idle

Reproducible on: 2021.3.11f1, 2022.1.19f1, 2022.2.0b8, 2023.1.0a12
Could not test on: 2020.3.40f1 due to memory profiling not connecting to devices
