[Android] [PPv2] [Vulkan] AO RenderTexture.Create failed: format unsupported for random writes - R16 SFloat
Steps to reproduce:
1) Download attached project and open in Unity
2) Build and Run project on a device
3) Observe:
Black screen and RenderTexture.Create failed: format unsupported for random writes - R16 SFloat error in the logcat

Resolution Note (fix version 3.1.0):
The error have been fixed in PostProcessing 3.1.0. Note that MSVO isn't supported on these devices so this only fixes the error and doesn't break rendering anymore.
