[Android][PowerVR] 2D Lights are constantly duplicating and increasing in intensity in the Player
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-112801” project
2. Build and Run the Android Player
3. Observe the Player
Expected result: A dim light can be seen
Actual result: The observed light is very intense
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0a18, 6000.0.56f1, 6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.2f1
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.66f1, 2023.3.0a17
Reproducible environments: macOS 15.6
Not reproducible environments: No other environments tested

Im also facing the same and reported many days ago, they are purposefully ignoring this issue.
