[Android] Player freezes when built with Vulkan, IL2CPP and ARM64 with a specific project
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj" with Android platform
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Open the Build Settings window (File > Builds Settings)
4. Build and Run
5. Let Player run for about 5 minutes
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 at least 4 times
Expected result: The Player continues to run
Actual result: The Player freezes
Reproducible with: 2022.3.8f1, 2022.3.12f1, 2023.1.17f1, 2023.2.0b16
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.32f1, 2022.3.7f1, 2023.3.0a11

Notes:
- Does not reproduce with Mono
- Reproduces with IL2CPP and Vulkan when the ARM64 Target Architecture is selected
- Did not find any trace of a crash or freeze in the Stack trace
