[Android][Vulkan] Player crashes on changing resolution dynamically
Player crashes on changing resolution dynamically.
Steps to repro:
1. Open the attached project.
2. File > Build Settings > Select Android Platform.
3. Build And Run project on Device.
4. Double Tap on the device.
Actual Result:
Player crashes when tapping on the screen.
Expected result:
Resolution changes when tapping on the screen.
Occurring with:
2019.3.0a1(55af1135a189), 2019.2.0a13, 2019.2.0a.

1. Samsung Galaxy S9 | OS: 8.0
CPU: Octa-Core *2.8GHz + 1.7GHz
GPU: Adreno 630
