[Android] [Play Asset Delivery] "Not enough storage space to install required resources" when type is set as on-demand
Reproduction steps:
1. Extract the attached project “ReproProj”
2. Use the instructions to install the Player on the device [https://developer.android.com/guide/playcore/asset-delivery/test|https://developer.android.com/guide/playcore/asset-delivery/test]
3. Run the Player on the device
4. In Player click the button with the text “Download“
5. Wait for the download to finish
6. Click the button with the text “Open game”
Expected result: The app launches the game successfully and continues to run
Actual result: "Not enough storage space to install required resources" appears on the screen of the device

We have same issue reproduced on MacBook Air M1 Big Sur, and Pixel 7, Android 13, CPU: Tensor G2, GPU: Mali-G710 MP7.
If module set to install-time, there is no any problems
