[Android] Particles aren't rendered when the shader "Particle/Standard Unlit" or "Particles/Standard Surface" is used on a Material

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “ReproProject”
2. Build and Run on Android
3. In the app, tap and drag on the screen
4. Observe the player

Expected result: A laser beam appears on the screen
Actual result: No laser beam is rendered

Reproducible with: 2021.3.37f1, 2022.3.23f1, 2023.2.17f1, 6000.0.0b14

    I had the same issue with my Pixel6. I tried on my other device (OnePlus 7Pro) and it works fine.
