[Android][OpenGLES 2] App crashes in Development build on touch input on OpenGLES 2
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "EmptyTest.zip"
2. In the Project window under the "Assets" folder open "TerrainTest.unity" Scene
3. Switch the Platform to Android
4. Enable Development Build and change Graphics API to OpenGLES 2 with Gamma
5. Build to Android
6. Press anywhere on the screen
Expected result: App does not crash when pressing anywhere on the screen
Actual result: App crashes when pressing anywhere on the screen
Reproduces on: 2021.1.0a8, 2021.1.0b5, 2021.2.0a4
Not reproducible on: 2019.4.19f1, 2020.2.3f1, 2021.1.0a7
Could not test on 2018.4 due to the project breaking when downgrading
