[Android Logcat] Open terminal button is missing a tooltip
When hovering over the "Open terminal" button in the Android Logcat window, no tooltip will be displayed.
1. Open Unity
2. Open the attached project
3. Open the Android Logcat window via Window > Analysis > Android Logcat
4. Hover over the Open terminal button
Excpected Result:
A tooltip is displayed explaining what the button does.
Actual Result:
No tooltip is displayed.
Tested on Windows.
Occurs on package version 1.0.0
