[Android] Lights are not visible in the Android Player on a specific device when Forward+ Rendering Path is selected in the "URP-Balanced-Renderer"
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN_70205” project
2. In the “URP-Balanced-Renderer” asset make sure Forward+ is set as “Render Path”
3. In the Build Settings make sure the Android Platform is selected
4. In the “Run Device” dropdown, select the desired device
5. Press Build And Run
Expected result: Blue and red lights are rendered
Actual result: Blue and red lights are not rendered
Reproducible with: 2022.3.21f1, 2023.2.13f1, 2023.3.0b11
Couldn’t test with: 2021.3.36f1 (Forward+ not supported)
Testing environment: Windows 10 Pro
